Getting Started with Yoola Stats

Grow your YouTube channel faster by analyzing video performance

1. Registration and Login

Welcome to Yoola Stats — a powerful analytical tool created for creators who want to grow their channels based on accurate data. To access all the features, you need to create an account.

On the main page, find the "Sign up" or "Start free" button in the upper right corner and click on it.

In the modal window, choose a convenient authorization method. You can enter your email manually or use the "Sign in with Google" quick registration button. Before continuing, be sure to check the box confirming your agreement with the Terms of Service. If you already have an account, simply click on the "Sign in" link at the bottom of the window.

2. Home Section: Quick Start and Navigation

The "Home" section is your central hub. The interface is divided into two main functional blocks: on the left is a module for targeted audits of specific videos, and on the right is a tool for finding trends by keywords.

Instant Video Analysis

This tool allows you to conduct a deep analysis of any video. You can analyze both your own video and competitor content to understand the algorithms behind its success.

1. Paste the link to the YouTube video you are interested in into the "Paste YouTube link here" field. If you want to analyze several videos at once (do a batch analysis), simply add links one after another. Batch analysis limit: up to 5 videos at a time, and their total duration must not exceed 2 hours.

2. Click the "Analyze videos" button. Note that the system allows you to run such checks 3 times a day.

3. Wait for the finish. Depending on the length of the video, the process may take several minutes (the system will show the approximate waiting time, for example, ~4m 27s).

After processing is complete, the platform will generate a detailed report divided into convenient blocks (SEO, retention structure, visual packaging). We have detailed how to correctly read these metrics and apply tips in practice in our separate article — 🔗 Video Analyzer — understanding reports

Explore your niche

The block on the right side of the screen is your radar for finding viral content. Just enter a keyword or niche name (for example, Minecraft), choose a format (Long or Shorts), and click "Explore niche".

It is important to understand the mechanics: when launching a search from the main page, the system does all the routine work for you. It automatically selects relevant channels for your query, creates a database on its own, and immediately displays a list of trending videos with a detailed explanation of the metrics (why exactly this video "blew up"). If you want to manually set up databases, filter channels by country, and manage collections more flexibly, proceed to our guide 🔗 Trends Tracker and analysis management
