Payment methods

All payment methods in personal Yoola account are divided into 4 categories:

Min. payment: $100

Commission fees: 2.9% of the payment amount + $5

You can select one of the options: USDT (ERC, TRC, BEP), BTC, or ETH to receive payments to your crypto wallet. When selecting, please note that USDT has three token standards: ERC, TRC, and BEP.

After selecting the option, enter the wallet address, name, country, and email address. The email address will be used to complete the verification process. All information must be entered correctly.

Please note: in order to receive payments over $1500 to your crypto wallet, you need to complete the identity verification process. Otherwise, you will not be able to set the monthly payment amount to more than $1499 when adding payment details. If the amount has not been set, it will automatically be $1499.

If the identity verification process is completed, you can change this amount in the Editing section.

After adding your crypto wallet details, you will be offered to complete identity verification if you have not already done so.

Click on the “Open” button below the payment details.

Upload a photo of your document for identity verification: passport, ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit. Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit, and all details are easy to read. It is best to upload photos in JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.

Important: if you have started the identity verification process and your documents have not been verified, you must complete the process in order to receive a payment to this account. The maximum number of attempts is no more than three. Be careful and upload the correct documents.

If you complete the verification process successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification in your Yoola account, and the corresponding status will appear next to your payment details.

After that, don't forget to edit the monthly limit amount to receive a payout of more than $1499 to this account.

If you fail to complete the verification, you will receive an email notification as well as a notification in your Yoola account indicating the problem. The following message will be displayed below the payment option. If possible, return to the process and upload new documents:

If you fail to complete the identity verification 3 times, the status will be changed, and you will not be able to continue the process. In this case, please contact the support team.

To add payment details for a bank transfer, first select the country of your bank. Please note that this is not your country of residence, but the country where your bank is registered.

After that, select the type of bank account: Business or Individual.

Also, select the currency in which you will receive payments to your account. It is recommended to select the currency of your account.

Then click the “Next” button. The details you need to enter will be automatically displayed depending on the country of your bank.

Fill in all the required information. Please note that this information is mostly required for cross-border payments. Therefore, consult with your bank about the proper details required specifically for receiving cross-border payments. In this case, you will need a SWIFT code or BIC. You can get this information from your bank or in the public domain.

For instance, here is the SWIFT/BIC for First Bank of Nigeria: FBNINGLA. You can select it by entering FBNINGLA in the search field.

Account Name is the name under which a bank account is registered. The name must be entered in Latin and must match the details specified in the bank.

Next, you need to enter your account number. For example, in Nigeria, bank account numbers consist of 10 digits. They contain only digits (no letters or symbols). An account number is unique to each account holder and is used to identify a specific account when making transactions. Not to be confused with a bank card number or other numbers for domestic payments.

Finally, enter the address of your registered residence.

After you enter all the personal and payment details for the bank transfer, we will verify the information. While your details are being verified, the account remains deactivated and cannot be activated. You will see the current status next to the account.

Once the verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Don't forget to activate your account and prioritize it for receiving payments. You can learn how to do this here.

Commission fees: 3.5% of the payment amount + $3

To add a Visa or Mastercard, you need to enter the card number without spaces, the card expiration date, and the cardholder's name. The country of residence must be the same as the country where the card is registered.

Important: each country may support different payment card services. That is, only Mastercard or only Visa may be available to you. If the payment card service is not supported, the system will display an error when adding a bank card.

Please note: The maximum amount of a single payment is 4,500 USD, the maximum daily payment is 10,000 USD, and the maximum monthly payment is 50,000 USD. If these amounts are exceeded, the payments will be divided into several transactions in accordance with the limits.

To add a card of Ukrainian bank, you need to enter the card number without spaces, IBAN, and the cardholder's name in Latin.
